Dr. Buddha Chandrasekhar, Chief Coordinating Officer at AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) under the Ministry of Education, and his team conducted a training program on October 3, 2024, at the NCH (National Commission for Homoeopathy) office in New Delhi. The program focused on the Anuvadini AI tool, a multilingual translation platform that supports 22 regional Indian and foreign languages. The training aimed to promote the use of Hindi in official works and bridge language barriers using AI translation tools. The Anuvadini AI tool offers various features, including voice and document translation, image, video, and meeting tools. Dr. Chandrasekhar and his team elaborated on the tool's specifications, functionality, and encouraged officers and staff to utilize Hindi more extensively in official notes and drafting. The initiative aligns with the principles of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat and One Earth, One Family, One Future, promoting unity and inclusivity. .

Hindi Fortnight has organized in the National Homoeopathy Commission under the auspices of the Ministry of AYUSH from 14 September 2024 to 29 September 2024 with the aim of increasing awareness of Hindi and accelerating its use in government work. On the occasion of Hindi Diwas on 14th September, all the officers and official women employees working in the Commission, in the presence of autonomous Boards under NCH, Homeopathy Medical Assessment and Rating Board, Homeopathy Ethics and Registration Board, Homeopathy Education Board and Secretary NCH, took oath for maximum use of Hindi in government work.

The National Commission for Homoeopathy, New Delhi, celebrated the 10th International Yoga Day 2024 with CCRYN and other Research Councils at Central Ayush Council Complex, Janakpuri. This year’s theme for the IYD was Yoga for Self and Society. In this event organized above office complex, it was heartening to see that large no. of people of all age groups from society participated and which shows their passion follow the yoga practice in their day to day life. The message is very clear that everyone should be motivated to follow yoga in their life style which is filled with stresses of modern times of competitiveness, materialistic desire. It is a scientific fact yoga brings peace, it enhances person’s physical and mental ability to perform better, keeps their healthy and disciplined in their life.
World Environment Day (WED) 2024 focuses on land restoration, halting desertification and building drought resilience under the slogan “Our land, our future”. Environmental degradation directly impacts human health. Air pollution, water contamination, and climate change contribute to a range of public health problems. The National Institute of Homoeopathy celebrated WED 2024 in collaboration with the National Commission for Homoeopathy at NIH Narela on June 13, 2024. To celebrate this occasion officials from NCH has been invited. The tree plantation ceremony was held on the premises of NIH college and hospital. Chairperson interacted with the PG students and enlightened them regarding the latest changes in the curriculum and emphasised them for updating themselves with latest research development. Officials also visited the collegiate hospital & learnt about their working.
Following yesterday's successful World Environment Day pledge-taking event, the National Commission for Homoeopathy continued the celebration by distributing indoor plants to office employees. This initiative aims to promote green practices both at home and in the workplace, enhancing our commitment to environmental conservation. The event, aligned with the theme of Land Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience. Together, we are fostering a healthier planet for future generations. Plants play a significant role in our lives. Without plants, there would be no more life existing on planet earth, breathe easier with these indoor plants purifying the air in your home and removing harmful toxins, the plants clean the air in a closed, limited environment of the workplace or living area. Gifting indoor plants is another way of promoting cleaner environment. NCH promoted the same among employees.

Participants were introduced to Mission LiFE and the Meri LiFE mobile application, which emphasize sustainable living and pro-planet choices. Activities included discussions on factors impacting adverse environmental changes and how an individual can contribute in improving the same and to reduce environmental degradation through various means at personal level, creating awareness in the social fabric and motivational behavioural changes which are perceivable. The event culminated in a pledge-taking ceremony where participants committed to adopting sustainable practices, restoring degraded lands, and combating desertification. This event aims to raise environmental awareness and inspire proactive conservation efforts among staff and students, aligning with Mission LiFE's goals. Key quotes such as the tenth chapter of Gita, Bibhuti yog (The yoga of divine manifestation) says that “let humans protect the environment for their own survival and the biodiversity around” were shared to emphasize the importance of today's activities. The overall objective is to foster a commitment to a healthier planet for future generations.
On Invitation of federation of Homoeopathic Colleges of Gujarat, Chairperson and Presidents of Homoeopathy Education Board and Board of Ethics and Registration of Homoeopathy, interacted with Faculty, Principals and Management of 36 Colleges of Gujarat and had an open and unbiased discussion over the Degree Regulation, MES and Registration regulations. Many queries related to CBDC, exams, effective implementation of various modalities of Minimum Essential Standards and Registration process were answered by the NCH Officials.
On the auspicious occasion of World Homoeopathic Day, a grand celebration took place at the prestigious Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in Dwarika, New Delhi, on April 10-11, 2024. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Draupadi Murmu, who inaugurated the festivities. This event, dedicated to commemorating the 269th birth anniversary of the visionary founder of Homoeopathy, Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, witnessed a gathering of over 6000 participants from all corners of India and around the globe. The two-day symposium was marked by enlightening scientific deliberations, with top-notch presenters sharing their research outcomes from various fields of science. National commission for Homoeopathy had planned a session on reforms In Homoeopathy Education on Day 1 wherein chairman of the three Commission National Medical Commission (NMC), National Commission for Indian system of Medicine (NCISM) and National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) chaired the session. Presidents of the Autonomous boards under NCH presented about the reforms taken up in the respective area of Education, Assessment & Rating and Registration and Practice.

MARBH has conducted training programs for the faculties of govt and govt aided colleges for the activities related to exercise of the rating and assessment of all the colleges in association with QCI-NABET. For capturing required information and evidence on all 84 sub-parameters under 11 broad criteria and some additional basic information, a dedicated Assessment and Rating Portal has been developed by QCI.All the participants were trained on the requirements of the portal, Framework for rating and assessment and Data capture format.
MARBH has given training to 157 faculties in 03 batches over the period 06 days as on, 4th/ 5th January 2024 ,18th/19th January 2024 and 30th /31st January 2024 at Ayush Auditorium, AYUSH auditorium, 1st floor, 61-65, Institutional area, D Block, Janakpuri Delhi 110058, Along with QCI-NABET the training was also provided to inspectors by QCI-NABH for conducting inspections of Homeopathic Medical Colleges, All NCH officials -Dr Anil Khurana, Chairman, NCH, Dr K.R J Nair President (MARBH), Dr Tarkeshwar Jain, President (HEB), Dr Pinakin Trivedi-, President-(BERH)-,Secretary-(NCH)-Dr Sanjay Gupta ,Members of all the boards and consultants were present during the opening sessions on all days.

A two-day homoeopathy symposium titled “All India Homoeopathic Postgraduate Seminar; Integrating Tradition and Innovation in Homoeopathy” was held on November 26-27, 2023, in Dhono Dhanyo Auditorium, New Alipore, Kolkata, organized by the postgraduate scholars from D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, and other various homoeopathic colleges and supported by the Ministry of AYUSH and other institutions, the event brought together practitioners, researchers, and academicians. Prof. (Dr.) Shyamal Kumar Mukherjee,Prof. (Dr.) Subhasish Ganguly, and Prof. (Dr.) Shubhamoy Ghosh played a key role in organizing the seminar.
Dr. Tarkeshwar Jain, President HEB, inaugurated two days’ workshop on Palliative Oncology, at Bombay Hospital, Mumbai on 25-11-2023. 300 plus PG students, faculty and clinicians from Mumbai and neighbouring areas imbibed skills of becoming more competent in practice through skill-based teaching. More of such events are required in different parts of county to develop a strategic mind for handling complicated cases. Dr. Tarkeshwar Jain talked about reforms in Homoeopathy education promulgated by Homoeopathy Education Board, National Commission for Homoeopath.
National Commission for Homoeopathy has developed the Ayush Education Portal (Education Life Cycle Management-ELCM) in collaboration with BISAG-N to facilitate the faculty and students of all Homoeopathy medical colleges in India. Online payment portal with State Bank of India has been created for smooth transactions with respect to various payments. MoU was signed with the senior bank officials in presence of honourable chairperson and other official of the commission.
National Commission for Homoeopathy has convened one day workshop on “Significance of Scientific documentation on clinical Care Activities in Homoeopathic Medical Colleges” on 16-11-2023 at NHRIMH, Kottayam, Kerala. The workshop has been organised to promote Scientific documentation of the OPD and IPD records to develop and implement standard clinical care methods in the colleges. Mahatma Gandhi University, opened the meeting with their full remarks.

The Consultative Meeting on Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission is jointly organised by NCISM & NCH at Pune on 06th October 2023. Around 2000 AYUSH doctors were registered and attend the Consultative Meeting. Dr. Anil Khurana, Chairperson NCH has delivered a lecture of latest Research Trends in Homoeopathy Sciences. President BERH Dr. Pinakin N Trivedi addressed above importance of ABDM and awareness about code of ethics and registration process.

During Hindi Fortnight, various competitions related to Hindi official language were organized in the Commission office, in which the Chairman, NCH, requested all the officers and employees working in the Commission to participate in this competition. Most of the officers and employees of the Commission participated in these competitions.
On the occasion of Swachhta Hi Sewa Abhiyaan on 1st october 2023, NCH decided to remove plastics from the roads in the Institutional Area opposite D Block Janak Puri. Seven full bags of plastic wastes spilled over road of about one kilometer were removed. Plastics are not only bio-hazard but also harm roaming animals who eat them with leftover food.
The 2nd Meeting of Advisory Council for Homoeopathy, National Commission for Homoeopathy held on 25th August 2023, at commission's office at New Delhi.
Dr. Tarkeshwar Jain President, Homoeopathy Education Board, National Commission for Homoeopathy visited Shri Govind Guru University Godhra, Gujarat to sensitise the University officials with regard to the various regulations of Homoeopathy Education Board, NCH and had a detailed discussion on Medical Qualification Recognition List (MQRL), Learning Management System (LMS), Elective courses and examination pattern. Technical team of BISAG-N gave a comprehensive presentation on education life cycle management (ELCM) developed by Ministry of Ayush and the Commission.
